Designed by David Chipperfield Architects , Morland Mixité Capitale transforms a former administrative complex in central Paris into a mixed-use development combining housing, offices, a hotel, cultural spaces and public amenities.
While photographing Morland, Deed Studio observed how naturally people made the spaces their own—walking through, sitting along the edges, meeting others or simply stopping for a while.
